Ms. Lugo’s current role is Occupancy Manager for a 138-unit property in Harlem’s Central Park North area. Ms. Lugo processes annual and interim certifications as well as leases vacant units. Throughout her 16-year background in Section 8 Housing and LIHTC Section 42 combined, Ms. Lugo has had many roles including Project Based Contract Administrator, Customer Service for NYCHA, CDBG, HCV, and HQS, LIHTC property and compliance manager, and Leasing. She has built relationships with other management agents, HPD, HCR, and tenants. In her spare time, Ms. Lugo enjoys quality time with her daughter.
