Saad Saghir, CFA

Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management

Mr. Saghir is the Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Global One Investments and leads the investment program for the firm. His role includes sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities, while also assisting with the implementation of the asset management strategies of existing portfolio assets. Prior to Global One, Mr. Saghir held a variety of real estate investment roles, including in the investment banking group at Macquarie Capital, where he focused on providing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic advisory services to real estate clients across multiple asset classes. Mr. Saghir is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
