Property Manager

Ms. Gerber is Property Manager at ATLA Associates, Atlantic Plaza Towers, 47 Clifton Place, 214-218 Prospect Place and St. James Court where she is responsible for maintaining lease renewals, tenants’ accounts, move-ins/outs and annual inspections as well as assisting tenants with rental questions.  She has extensive experience with customer service and leasing agreements and holds a Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) certification. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, reading and yoga.
