Ms. Thurman assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to ensure quality service delivery to all residents, potential renters and vendors. She holds a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) certification and is an expert in resident relations and curing violations, with extensive experience in apartment registration processes, rules and regulations. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Thurman is passionate about education, volunteering/mentoring, organizing events, catering and home improvement.
