Occupancy Manager

Mr. Rivera is the Occupancy Manager for Morningside Housing. In this role, he is responsible for processing annual and interim recertifications as well as various rental agent duties. He has over ten years of experience working with landlords that coordinate with programs such as Section 8 HUD, NYCHA, HPD and DHCR to provide quality housing. This experience includes helping tenants with their annual recertification packages and helping property managers pass Housing Quality Standard inspections. Mr. Rivera holds certification in Fair Housing and prides himself on his ability to work positively with anyone.
