Steven Seltzer

General Manager

Mr. Seltzer recently oversaw over $20 million in improvements to the Lafayette Towers Nelson Apartments development. He and his fifty-member staff handle the maintenance and security of 972 apartments in four buildings. His extensive previous experience, analytical acumen and skillset in dispute resolution enable him to resolve issues with contractors, leaseholders and governmental agencies. He holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. Mr. Seltzer is a self-proclaimed film buff, foodie and luxury travel aficionado and enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels.
