General Manager

Mr. Melendez is the General Manager of a 1200-unit portfolio spread out through the Bronx and Manhattan areas. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and capital improvements projects. Mr. Melendez has thirty years’ experience in property and project management, development, construction, and community service. He is committed to a hundred percent customer satisfaction and is results oriented. Mr. Melendez has a CAM (certified apartment manager) designation from the national apartment association, Real Estate Brokers License, Notary license and a Bachelor in Christian Education. Outside of work Mr. Melendez is a motivational speaker and real estate trainer.
