Vice President, Acquisitions and Asset Management

John, as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Global One, leads the execution of the firm’s acquisition and asset management initiatives. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities, as well as overseeing the implementation of asset management strategies to enhance the performance of existing portfolio assets. 

Prior to joining Global One, John held a variety of real estate investment roles, including a position at Fosun International’s Real Estate Private Equity Group where he focused on the acquisition of all real estate asset classes nationwide.

John graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a minor in real estate.
