Associate, Acquisitions and Asset Management

Mr. Hassanien is an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Global One Investments, responsible for assisting in the asset management of existing and future assets, and spearheading the monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting. His role includes oversight of capital projects, researching and modeling energy-efficient initiatives, and assisting in the underwriting of new investment opportunities. Prior to Global One, Mr. Hassanien worked at an acquisition firm sourcing and underwriting potential investments, specifically in the retail and office sector. Mr. Hassanien graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego Business School with a major in Business Administration.
