Lafayette Towers Nelson Apartments Renovations Nearing Completion!!!

We are installing the new stainless steel canopies at 825 & 875 Boynton Ave and 820 Colgate Ave, completing the entire lobby and entryway renovation project.  There are still some ornamental plantings to be done in the spring, but all the big items have been completed.  Residents have been telling us how much they love the new lobbies, and we are proud of the great work that was done there.

Also, the first of the new elevators and cabs have been completed in every building.  As soon as they come on line we will start work on the second batch of elevators.  The entire project should be complete by April of 2015.

We thank residents for their patience, and site staff for their hard work in putting these plans into action.
